With over a decade of experience across sales, management, and recruitment, Pamela has spent the last eight years deep in the world of Med Tech, Pharma, and Life Sciences recruitment. From strategy and sourcing to interviews and marketing, she’s covered every angle of the recruitment process—always with precision and a relentless commitment to quality.
