Please note that we are not the employer but an intermediary that helps match employers with suitable candidates. Our recruitment services are free for job seekers, as per industry regulations. Employers are charged for our recruitment services.

4. Consumer Guarantees
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law and guarantee that our recruitment services will be performed with due care and skill, be fit for purpose, and be delivered within a reasonable time. If you believe our services do not meet these guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy. Possible remedies may include:
A replacement; or
A remedy that is appropriate to resolve the issue. Please contact us directly to discuss any concerns.


5. Misleading or Deceptive Conduct
We do not engage in any misleading or deceptive conduct, including advertising job positions that are not available or misrepresenting the nature of job vacancies. If you believe there has been any misleading conduct, please contact us directly so we can address the issue.

6. Fees and Charges
We do not charge candidates for job placement services. All fees for recruitment services are charged to employers, as per industry regulations. If we ever introduce fees for any new services, we will clearly disclose them to you in advance.

7. Remedies
If you are dissatisfied with our recruitment services, please contact us to discuss possible remedies. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we will provide you with an appropriate remedy, including a replacement service, or another solution if the service does not meet the agreed-upon standards or expectations.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can escalate the issue through our dispute resolution process or contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) or the relevant industry ombudsman.
